Delete your account

From the app

• TeraAgo: open Account, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete my account, then Delete permanently.
• TeraAgo Partner: open My price, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete my account, then Delete permanently. While your registration is being checked, the same button is under Sign out.

What is deleted

• Your name and mobile number.
• Your sign-ins, on every phone and browser.
• Notifications to your phone.
• For partners: your name, number and the link to your document photos.

What is kept, and why

Bills, payments and invoices for finished bookings are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, without your name or number on them. They hold the fare, the route and the date, which is what an audit needs and nothing that identifies you.

When it cannot be done straight away

• A booking is still running. Finish or cancel it first.
• The account runs a rental company or a fleet. Its renters and contracts have to be settled first, so write to TeraAgo from the Contact page and it is closed with you.
