Surat · minimum fares
The figures below are the minimum any operator may charge in Surat. Check a price and you see what each one actually charges for your job, cheapest first.
Every machine belongs to a local operator, and each of them sets their own rate. Two can quote the same job differently, and you see both.
TeraAgo fixes the floor: a rate below the figures on this page cannot be approved.
Two hours at least, then by the half hour on the work timer. Each operator sets a rate inside the range shown, and you pay for the hours actually worked.

₹120 per hour, after 30 free minutes at loading or unloading.
Applied per area when demand is high, and capped at 1.5× by a database constraint rather than by a policy. Always shown before you confirm.
Free until a driver accepts. ₹100 after that, waived if the driver is late.
Charged at cost and itemised on the bill.
The ones that come up before a first booking.
The operator does. Each one sets their own rate and a TeraAgo admin approves it, so two operators can quote the same load differently and you see both. TeraAgo sets the minimum they may charge, not the price itself.
Because they are the floor, and a floor is checkable. A rate below the figure shown for that class cannot be approved, and a booking priced under it is refused.
Usually, yes. It changes only if the route changes, if there is waiting beyond the free 30 minutes, or if a machine works longer or shorter than the hours booked. Each of those appears as its own line on the bill.
Because their work is time, not distance. A JCB, excavator, crane or road roller works at one site, so the operator starts a work timer with your start code and stops it with your finish code. You pay for the hours actually worked, never less than 2. A dumper hauls from one place to another, so it is priced per trip.
Free until a driver accepts. After that it is ₹100, and that is waived if the driver is running late.
UPI, card, or cash to the driver. You choose before confirming and can change it up to the moment you pay.
Yes, where it applies. It is shown separately on the bill and on the receipt you can download from the app.
It will. Rate cards are held per city, so each city we open gets its own. The figures on this page are Surat’s, the only city open today.
Enter a pickup and drop, and the estimate appears with every line shown.
