What already applies to every booking
- Cancelling is free until a pilot accepts. After that it is ₹100, and that is waived if the pilot is late.
- Every fare is itemised: base, distance, surge and waiting on separate lines, before you confirm and again on the bill.
- Surge stops at 1.5×, and it is always shown before you confirm.
- Two codes, one read out at pickup and a different one at delivery.
- Six documents per pilot, checked by a person before their first job.
These are how TeraAgo works today. They are not the terms, and they do not replace them.
